Ms. Fields received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from New Jersey City University.  She has worked 16 years for City National Bank in Newark, NJ.  In her 16 years of employment she has held various positions: Special Projects Administrator, IRA Specialist, Senior Accountant and presently serves as a Loan Servicing Specialist. 

 

Ms. Fields enjoys serving the public and exemplifies excellence, warmth and integrity.  She actively volunteers in several New Hope Baptist Church Community outreach ministries, is a Trustee and a valued member of NHBC's Women's Ministry.  Juanita serves as  M4HG's Secretary.
