In "2017" Dr. (Pastor) Joseph Nzeketha, who resides in Africa,
had a vision to open a Bible College in Nairobi, Kenya.
Dr. Nzeketha overseeing the building project.
During the building process classes were being held In J&C Academy.
In 2018 World Compassion Bible College
was officially opened by Dr. M. Biggins.

In 2019 Dr. Nzeketha changed the name of the Bible College to Jersey Mission Bible College.
God has expanded the College and there are now two additional campuses: one in Mwingi and one in Juja, Kenya.
Pastor Nzeketha teaches various subjects in person and Dr. Biggins teaches on line from the United States.
